A 50% deposit is required prior to commencing your order.
The outstanding balance must be paid in full before or on the day of collection/delivery.
Please note that we assume no responsibility for any damage that may occur once the table is collected.
Our delivery service is available from Friday to Sunday, and the delivery fee is charged based on the location.
Every order is customized, and there may be a delay in the collection/delivery process.
The production time for orders ranges from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the size of the order.
In case of cancellation, please initiate the cancellation process within 3 days of purchasing and paying the deposit. After 3 days, the deposit will not be refunded.
For returns, the item must be returned within 3 days of delivery/collection and in perfect condition to receive a 75% refund.
